Shipping & Sourcing
•Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping which will automatically be applied during checkout for orders of $35 and up (before taxes).
•Can I get my order expedited?
We do offer expedited delivery for additional fees. You can select this as an option during checkout.
•How long before I get my socks?
Please allow between 3-5 days to processing shipping for standard shipping; and 1-2 days for expedited shipping.
•Where does my order ship from?
All of our products are shipped from within the US, and can be shipped both domestically and internationally.
Returns/Exchanges
•Do you accept returns, or can I exchange items?
Yes with exceptions. Please see our Refund Policy for more information regarding returns and exchanges. If you feel your questions haven't been clearly answered, please reach out to us at support@socksanova.com.
Orders and Options
•Can I change my shipping address after my order is made?
Our systems are designed to begin processing your order as soon as it can, typically within 30 minutes from reaching the confirmation page. We cannot guarantee the ability to perform updates on orders but reach out to us at support@socksanova.com if this comes up and we will do our best to assist!
•Can I create custom socks?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer custom socks, though we're working on several growth projects for the near future including custom socks as well as other accessories for all. Stay in the seam for future updates!
•What payment options do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) as well as many digital methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc ) and ShopPay for installment-based payments. Please see the footer of any page on this website for a complete list of accepted payment methods.
•Is my payment information secured?
Absolutely! This store is PCI compliant meaning there are several security procedures and technologies in place to protect the integrity of your information.
•Can I use multiple payment methods for my order?
At this time we can only accept a single payment method per order. Please create separate orders to split payments as needed.
